About
The LAHN project is hosted at the University of Kent and is focussed on research challenges related to large scale ad hoc networks and ubiquitous wireless networks. We have produced a number of solutions to problems such as location servers, handover optimisation and discrete event simulators.
We currently host the following projects here:
SOLS: A Self Organising Location Server for Ad Hoc Networks
ANPS: Ad Hoc Network prototyping system - a new simulator for examining complex ad hoc networks.
AAHN: Augmented Ad Hoc Networks - ad hoc networks combined with mesh networking technology to allow large scale ad hoc networks to exist whilst utilising available infrastructure.
